For many years the College has specialised in providing a wide range of land-based courses including courses for those still at school, Further Education school leaver courses, and a range of degree courses provided in association with the University of Brighton.

Courses cover all the land-based areas including Agriculture, Horticulture, Floristry, Equine, Machinery, Metalsmithing, Animal Care and Veterinary Nursing, Countryside Management, Forestry and Arboriculture, Wine Studies and Rural Business Management.
